The room was awesome, combining tradition with nice amenities. I love the way everything was arranged and the fact that everything was in place. Also, the staff could keep my luggage for some hours after check-out, that was very helpful and I appreciate it.

very good location & very well outfitted, clean room. the supplied pyjamas & slippers were a nice touch. all staff we encountered were excellent. we especially enjoyed the view from the 10th floor balcony!

Close to Kyoto station, very functional with personal washing machine, small kitchenette and decent bathroom. TV is vast and everything worked very well.
